About Straight Shot Shooting
Beginning in 1996, after enlisting in the Marine Corps and furthering my knowledge about multiple firearms, the passion fully ignited and expanded from there. In November of 2020, I became a certified NRA instructor, adding to my list of qualifications, and furthering my expertise in the field of training and teaching the skill of weaponry. My commitment to quality instruction, exceptional service, and incomparable, individualized customer care, keeps my community and clients coming back again and again to further hone their own skills. I never stop personally improving and am continuing to expand my offerings based on how I can best serve my clientele.
Jesse Murphy is a 20 year Retired United States Marine. He has visited and worked in multiple countries around the world, including 2 combat tours and 5 additional deployments across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia. He has training and hands on experience in different forms of combat and non-combat security situations. He was also responsible for training instructors for the Marine Corps Martial Arts program as a Black Belt Instructor Trainer.

This is one of our most popular services available. The system that is used for the simulations is a mobile unit, which makes a difference for many of our customers and their end shooting abilities. From beginners to experts, this simulator is perfect for anyone wanting to learn or train without the need for live ammunition or a live fire shooting range. It is provided with the highest level of excellence. With this service, we ensure all details are simple, seamless and understood. Whenever you work with Straight Shot Shooting, you can trust that you’re in great hands.
Classes and Private Personal instruction
We want all of our customers to experience the impressive level of professionalism when working with Straight Shot Shooting. All of our classes and private personal instruction, exist to make your life easier and stress free while training, handling and learning about your firearm. Whether this is your first time shooting, or you are a seasoned and knowledgeable shooter, you can trust us to supply you with the best instruction, as well as top quality customer service.
Group classes are 6-8 hours.
Private instruction times vary.
